Miss Earth Australia Pty Ltd, the producers of the Miss Earth Australia competition, is an Australian company that advances and supports today's women with an environmental cause, and a proponent of a cleaner Australia.
Key Team Members
The company's management team is composed of individuals who are specialists in their own fields with many years of experience in business management, events and project management, stage direction, creative designs, media and internet commerce. Miss Earth Australia's key team members are:
Robert James is the company’s President & CEO and is responsible for the administration and marketing operations of the company. He is a graduate of the University of New South Wales (BA in Political Science and Economics; LLB specialising in Corporate, Tax and Litigation; Masters in Business Administration). Robert also writes news and commentaries for Miss Earth Australia and other news sites.
Maria James is the Founder, Executive Vice-President and Creative Director of Miss Earth Australia. She is responsible for the design and execution of the pageant including music selection, pre-screening of candidates as well as mentoring them in choreography and stage presentations.
Romeo Cayabyab is Miss Earth Australia’s principal internet manager. Romeo specialises in web publishing, content management and ecommerce systems including treasury, foreign exchange and international payments. Romeo also runs a Sydney-based web development company.
Rom Zamora is Miss Earth Australia’s web creative designer. Rom holds a Bachelor of Arts – Design and has also taught Multimedia at the UWS and University of Technology, Sydney. He has extensive experience in web design and development and his clients include some of Australia's largest technology, advertising and finance companies.
